Widow to Joseph Palmer Brooks. Resided 1425 - East 3rd Ave, Vancouver. At age 89 years, died March 14, 1981 at Vancouver General Hospital due to acute heart failure with history of arteriosclerotic heart disease. Had fractured ribs last 2 months. Forty hours prior to death Jane fell down hospital steps sustaining fractured hip. Buried March 18, 1981 at Cedar Valley Memorial Cemetery, Nanaimo. Informant Joyce Blair Osthus, daughter of 8214 Spring Lake Drive, S. E. Renton, Washington, U.S.A.
