     1. Funeral Announcement: PINKERTON - At Sault Ste. Marie on Saturday, March 22, 1969, Murray Pinkerton in his 65th year. Husband of Betty Wade. Father of Marie (Mrs W.E. Price) of Sault St. Marie; Sandy (Mrs Donald Skene) of St. MAry's; William of Toronto and Bob of Ridgeway. Survived also by 9 grandchildren. The late Mr. Pinkerton is resting at the George Funeral Home 190 brown Street, Wiarton where the service will be held Wednesday March 26th at 7 O'Clock. Interment Bayview Cemetery. Donation to the Heart Foundation gratefully appreciated as your expression of sympathy.

     1. Obituary: A native of Egremont Township, Frederick pinkerton passed away in the Hanover and District Hopital on Saturday, September 16. He was 79 years of age. Born in Egremont Township, he was a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Isaac Pinkerton. He lived in Durham all his life, where he worked in the Durham Furniture Factory. He is survived by his wife the former Emily Moore. He served with the Canadian Army during both world wars, and was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion and the Anglican Church. He is survived by four daughters: Vera, Mrs. George Charter, Mississauga; Emily, Mrs. Sigmund Zipple, Owen Sound; Lorraine, Mrs. Benson Webber, Grand Valley and ELizabeth, Mrs Elmer SHier, Orangeville. Also surviving are 22 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. He was predeceased by five sisters and four brothers. The funeral was held from Kress-McCulloch Funeral Home on Tuesday September 16. Service was conducted by Rev. Reg. Warner and Mrs. Ken Tanner was organist. The flowers were carried by Steve Webber, Brian Shier, Diane Charter and Cindy Shier. Pallbearers were Rick Zipple, Larry Webber, Don McLaughlin, Terry Charter, Allan Pinkerton and Bill Moore. Interment was in Durham Cemetery.

3. Will of John Brown
       All former Wills or other Testamentary Depositions by me at any time heretofore made and declare this only to be contain my last Will and Testament.
       I Direct all my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses to be paid and satisfied by my Executors hereinafter named as soon as conveniently may be after my decease.
      I give devise and bequeath all my Real and personal Estate of which I may die possessed in the manner following, that is to say:
        1. To my wife Mary Brown the use rents and profits of my estate to be paid to her as the time may accrue or corveiate the hands of my executors during her lifetime for her support.
        2. Upon the decease of my said wife, my estate shall be distributed as follows: to my sons William and Thomas six hundred dollars each and to my daughters Phoebe Brooks, Sarah Hammon, Mary Tremain, Rachael Crawford and Leah Snyder three Hundred dollars each. To my son Robert two hundred dollars. To Elizabeth Bugg fifty dollars. To Charles Brooks twenty five dollars as small remuneration for the support he has given. to my grandson Joseph Brooks.
        To my grandson Charles Brooks twenty five dollars.
      I direct my executors to collect in all moneys as they mature and to loan the time out upon interest and upon the demise of my said wife to tell or otherwise dispose of my realand personal property collect in all outstandings and proceed with the distribution thereof as speedily as possible as hereinbefore directed.
      And Inominate and appoint Robert Hosea and George Ruler both of the Township of Wellesley aforesaid.
      To be executors of this my last will and Testament
