     1. British Columbia Death Registration 64-09-014715 Wilbert Franklin Hilborn. Born April 12, 1898 at Kitchner, Ontario to father Mr. Hilborn, born Ontario (no other info known on parents). Married to Violet Griston. Came to province/municipality 20 years prior (1944). Worked all his live as a general mill worker, last working 1958. Resided at 213 Handley Ave., Richmond (Sea Island), BC. D.O.A. Vancouver General Hospital on November 13, 1964. Died at age 66 years due to myocardial infarction, had 20 year histroy of arteriosclerotic heart disease. Under doctors care for heart disease from March 17, 1952 - June 13, 1964. Buried November 17, 1964 at Forest Lawn Mem. Pk, Burnaby. Informant Wilbert Joseph Hilborn, son, resides 7475 Whalen Court, Burnaby, BC.

     1. Obituary: GAVEL - Marjorie Evelyn (Midge) Gavel of Calgary, passed away at the Foothills Hospital on January 10, 1991. Marjorie is the loving mother of three daughters and sons-in-law, Perry and Alex Jongsma of Sarnia, Ont., Leslie Gavel and Terry Skrypnek of Calgary, and Wendy Gavel and Rob Wainman of Vancouver, B.C. She is survived by four grandchildren, Ashley, Gregory, Alyssa Jongsma and Tess Skrypnek. She is also survived by her mother Ann Mills, of Kyle, Saskatchewan. As a parent she made her children the centre of her world and in doing that imparted humour, generosity, and optimism. These values will live on in her daughters and give us the courage to live without her. Those wishing to pay their respects may do so at McIINIS & HOLLOWAY"S " Chapel of the Bells Funeral Home", on Sunday, January 13, 1991 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Funeral Services will be held at McInnis & Holloway's "Chapel of the Bells Funeral home" (2270 Centre Street North) on Monday January 14, 1991 at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. P.H. Burril of the United Church officiating.
